Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

Dentura (“Dentura,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software that helps dental practices manage marketing, patient engagement, scheduling, billing, and analytics. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our platform, websites, and related services (the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. Name, email address, phone number, practice name, and login credentials of the staff members who use the Services.
  • Practice and campaign data. Information you enter or generate while using the Services, such as marketing campaigns, content, budgets, and performance data.
  • Connected advertising accounts. When you connect a Google Ads or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising account, we receive and store access and refresh tokens and account identifiers so we can manage campaigns and retrieve performance metrics on your behalf.
  • Usage and device information. Log data, IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
  • Create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns through your connected Google Ads and Meta accounts;
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • Communicate with you about your account and support requests;
  • Improve and develop new features.

3. Google and Meta Platform Data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Similarly, data accessed through the Meta Marketing API is used in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

We access advertising-platform data solely to provide the campaign management and reporting features you request. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising of our own, or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the Services.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers (such as hosting, infrastructure, and analytics vendors) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
  • With advertising platforms (Google, Meta) as necessary to operate the campaigns you create;
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Dentura, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your data, including disconnecting and removing stored advertising tokens, at any time by contacting us.

6. How We Protect Your Data

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Access and refresh tokens are stored securely. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • You can disconnect a connected Google Ads or Meta account at any time from your settings, which revokes our stored access.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Effective Date” above.
